How placements work
BidMyApp is a paid public directory. Completing checkout charges the full amount shown. Rankings are ordered by each listing's highest successfully completed bid; a placement and its duration are never guaranteed.
Overlapping checkouts
Another customer may complete a higher bid while your checkout is open. Your successful payment is still recorded, but only the highest completed bid for the same normalized URL controls that listing. Review the Refund Policy before paying.
Listing responsibility
You must have authority to submit the listing and must provide accurate information. You may not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, adult, hateful, or abusive content. BidMyApp may remove or correct listings that violate these terms.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as available. We may update ranking rules, categories, or these terms prospectively. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date.
